"Excellent stay, cute and relaxing! Close to the waterfall, friendly helpful staff, very clean rooms and easy parking. Amazing breakfast. After reading some reviews we were a little worried about the place, but it was not the case. Would highly recommend this place. If you are driving you can park right beside the hotel. If you are walking it would certainly be a trek, but the whole area is like that. "

"Right in the heart of town with the beach only steps away. Small town so could walk anywhere from this location. Staff was friendly. Nice indoor and outdoor eating facility. Food was excellent. Park right across the street and often monkeys were present. Highly recommend."

"The grounds were beautiful and seemingly well-maintained; the rooms not so much. Once we got the correct room, we found it to be crawling in ants and other bugs, due to the louvered doors and lack of a tight seal. We were constantly swishing ants off of us while in bed, as they'd crawl up the bed. Also, there were a couple geckos living in the ceiling that randomly chirped during the night. "The Blue Mist is lovely, peaceful, and beautiful. Our Bungalow was right on the beach overlooking the Pacific. Plenty of space, clean and bright. The Staff took care of our every need from taxis to recommendations. The included daily breakfast was incredible! Fresh, delicious and beautifully presented. The chef was EXCELLENT!"

"Best resort stay of my life! The staff are wonderful people, that’s are patient and very attentive. The spa was devine and they even accommodated my pregnancy with a prenatal message. The vegan options for food are plentiful and all the vegan dishes we had were heavenly. The beach is quiet, clean, and private. We stayed in the beach front bungalow, and woke up to a view of the ocean every day which was very special. The other guests are friendly and respectful. The yoga classes were lovely and the studio space is insanely gorgeous with an ocean view and a cool breeze. This a little piece of paradise. Can’t wait to return!"
