"Our overall experience was good, although there were some things that needed improvement, such as making us wait an hour and a quarter to get our room, which is to say at 4:15 p.m. and data protection was not respected, as I received marketing from other services on my personal cell phone. "I do not think I have ever had such awful and rude service in my life! Check-in ends SUPER early (8:30 pm) such a very inconvenience if you are coming from the Madrid train station very late at night. Apart from being more than 1 hour away from what it feels civilization is, rides can be costly (almost 100€). Very hard to get around this little town because it feels isolated from other places. If you are looking just to get away in the mountains in a peaceful, quiet place I would recommend it....

"While the address and some of the photos on the listing doesn't match the correct property (it's for another one in a village nearby), we knew this ahead of time so had no issues. I'd definitely recommend going for the top floor rooms, as they're larger in size and have a nice view out to the street. Breakfast was included and contains half a croissant, slice of toast, a small cake and 1.5 muffins per person along with juice and tea/coffee."

"The history of this beautiful property is honored and maintained while also being modern and comfortable. The bed and linens were so cozy and our room was historic with the most refreshing modern rain shower. Breakfast was varied and delicious. "It was a great stay. We were greeted by the host in the apartment. She was very helpful and nice. The rooms were comfortable, the bathrooms very clean. It was all very convenient and easy to use and all worked fine. Just 8 minutes walking distance from the aqueduct from were you can walk everywhere. Thank you!"

Heavenly Stay at a former convent

"I adored this place! From the moment you pull up, you know it's special. The lobby is great, rooms beautiful, views gorgeous. The downstairs bar and seating areas scattered on other floors give you ample options to relax outside of your room. It's a very easy walk to the aqueduct and fabulous restaurants like Jose Maria. Excellent staff."
