This is a really good Holiday Inn Express, TBH of even better quality than those you find on interstates. Full breakfast, security and maintenance 24/7. In a strip mall with ample dedicated free parking for hotel guests in the underground level. Good card controlled elevators. Only qualm is that when there’s few guests you have to open hot water a bit so that it comes out in the higher floors. Not a biggy.

The hotel is well located in the city. Clean for the most part - the room I stayed in had a big red stain on the carpet and the side table was a bit dirty. The customer service was exceptional as soon as you step in until you leave. Their breakfast was delicious.

Nothing against the Holiday Inn property. But want to make people aware that if you book IHG through Expedia, the hotel does not recognize your membership nor status with the loyalty program and does not give any points either. So, if you are loyal to IHG and earning points is important for you, do not book through Expedia.

Siempre me va muy bien, pero me tocó la mala suerte de no tener agua caliente porque algo sucedió. Solicite que me dieran late check-out mientras se resolvía el problema y me dieron solo Media hora mas y me dijeron que no se podia porque tenían todo reservado (sin muchas ganas de ayudar) Pedi que me prestaran otro cuarto para bañarme con agua caliente y se tardaron 45 min en resolverme. Cuando me resolvieron ya me había bañado con agua fría porque se me terminaba el tiempo para irme. Se que esas cosas pasan y no depende de ellas que haya una fuga, pero si deben de capacitar a la gente para poder dar una mejor solución a los clientes.
