"We paid for the Panorama View and received the Panorama View, this in its entirety was unique. Upon entering the room, the tv over head was poorly fastened to its mount and was difficult to straighten. The 2 chairs in the room were pretty to look at, but were not comfortable to sit in. The table was equally pretty to look at, but was difficult putting anything on top of it, as many things fell through the table as there was no glass surface to provide any sort of stability for anything. "Chambre en plein cœur du centre historique donc très bien situé pour visiter Sienne. Il nous a été indiqué une rue à 10mn à pied pour se stationner gratuitement. La chambre se situé au 4e étage sans ascenseur. Pour nous pas de problème mais c'est bon à savoir. La chambre est équipée d'un ventilateur au plafond ce qui n'est pas mentionné dans l'annonce donc très bonne nouvelle à notre arrivée avec plus de 35 degrés dehors. Par contre assez bruyant, un bar juste en bas mais on ne peut pas...

"It's a bit of a hike up to Sienna but the walk is worth it, you avoid a lot of the tourist crowds coming from this direction. There are some steep hills to the top of the town, so be warned but I would stay here again. Relatively simple check in and out, no complaints. "
