"This hotel is an absolute gem! The view from our room of La Concha Beach was by far one of the best views I've ever had from a hotel room. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. David the concierge went above and beyond for our stay. Make sure you ask him for restaurant recommendations. He will not disappoint. We did not want to leave! "Great one bedroom suite, with kitchen area in the sitting room. Useful washing machine/dryer. Large comfortable double bed with an amazing light system in the board behind the pillows. Walkable to the old town with it’s great pixos/tapas bars and parking, which you can reserve in advance with Telpark, is only 2 minutes walk away.The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. Would have been nice to have an armchair as well as sofa in the sotting room. Excellent stay."

"We stayed in Room Mate Gorka in San Sebastian for two nights and had a great time. The room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable, with a large bed and a cosy sofa. The bathroom was modern, featuring a rain shower, though it’s worth noting that the room we stayed in didn’t have a full door to the bathroom, and the toilet door was more like a saloon door. "Well thought out accommodation in the heart of the bustling old town. Very friendly and helpful staff. The downside of being so close to the action is noise, but we expected it and didn’t bother us. Eco points dropped for having those small plastic containers for shampoo and shower gel. Please replace with refillable containers! 😊 All in all an inexpensive stay in the midst of the town which is clean, modern and friendly. Oh! And the shower was amazing!!!"

"Wonderful service. I had to park my car in a public parking lot and when I retrieved my car, one of the hotel workers accompanied me. Thank goodness, because it was actually very complicated. That was above and beyond."
