"Great view from 11th floor. Very warm inside so it's good that you can open the large window to suit yourself. Decent sized kitchenette to prepare one pan meals (not that you'd need to as there are plenty of good place to eat whatever your budget). Proper fridge and handy microwave/oven combo. Spare folding chair provided so 2/3 can sit at the table/desk to eat. Perfect location as everything is walking distance around this lovely city."

"The property was well kept, friendly, bright and clean.the housekeeping staff are thoughtful, kind and professional. staff were welcoming and reception speak a number of languages. Do keep in mind the lovely ladies at breakfast don’t speak English (not a problem at all it’s their country after all, but something to be aware of, an opportunity to brush up on your French! The breakfast selection is wonderful and fresh, and there can be a takeaway bag, fork and cup with a lid if you are in a rush or want to eat on the go. the surroundings are a little far from the centre and train station (Lille-Europe & lille-flandres) which is something to be aware of, though there is a metro nearby, and there is another shopping centre not far from the property about a 7 minute walk, and there is a lovely dining restaurant (flunch) inside, which we went to everyday for dinner. there is also an Auchan downstairs in the shopping centre to get supplies from. As well as a pharmacy and other clothes/retail shops. It’s generally quiet and a good experience. Always a pleasure to visit France. Also the Lille Europe station is linked to a shopping centre which has a carrefour in it, about a 10-15 minute walk away so it’s perfect for getting last minute perishables and snacks to bring back with you on the Eurostar in a cool bag. "

"We only stayed one night but we loved this hotel. Location is ideal, roof terrace was fabulous, staff super friendly, water filter on each floor really appreciated, room nicely decorated and beds comfortable, good breakfast. Only downer was the bad smell of drains in the room :-( a real shame as everything else was perfect."

"Friendly welcoming staff.clean and comfortable rooms.It was great to have a hob and a microwave as we stayed 4 nights.One small suggestion kitchen items would be improved by having bottle openers a sharp knife and a cutting board.Great quiet location and quick to get to on the Metro.Will definitely book again if going to Lille again."
