"Impossible to reach anyone if you need help. To order cleaning, it is a dream!!!!! New building with cracks in the walls. Checking in was a disaster. Reception is located behind shopping mall, totally different direction then the apartments. The only plus was my pregnancy. Helped me to get through the check in line in no time as the manager noticed. Breakfast is served at Radisson Blu Hotel. Very good. Except the service and a few hundreds pax eating at the same spot. Well... was expecting more...

"Fantastic hotel for a family stay. We had a 1 bedroom apartment which was very spacious and comfortable. Beautiful view of the water so we could watch the sunrise each morning. Pool is also very good, beach is 100m away and there are plenty of restaurants nearby."

"Fantastic hotel, we had a room with balcony and view to the baltic see. Very comfortable apartment with enough cooking facilities for a weeks family holiday. Pool is great, location great and staff friendly. The sofa bed is very hard though. We asked for 2 extra duvets which helped cushion it out. Overall a great hotel for a family holiday. "Vi fik alle oplysninger på mail. Der var enkelte fejl i oplysningerne, men de blev rettet. Der var koldt vand i bruseren, men dette blev ligeledes rettet op på. Lejlighed slidt, men meget fin oplevelse af rengøring, rene senge mm indenfor, udenfor var der påbegyndt renovering. Dejlig placering, nemt til alting. Sun and snow meget behjælpelige, vi kommer gerne igen."
