"I love this hotel! The staff are amazing, breakfast is great, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Every time I stay there, I notice a new reno or upgrade. They make a stay easy."

"The wording on this survey is strange. The property was fine but the actual room wasn't the best. They definitley didn't change the shower curtain as there were sticky finger prints covered in fuzz. There were also small black hairs all over the wall in the shower. It grossed me out to shower in there. The shampoo and conditioner smelled so good. Everything else was as expected and the beds were comfy"

"We were placed on the 1st floor near the side entrance. I would not recommend this room as the back door slams shut and it shakes the walls. It’s loud enough to awake you from a deep sleep. "

"We stay here every year before our flight. Rooms are basic but they are clean. Staff is great. The same evening gentleman has been there on our last three visits and he is great and very helpful. The overnight lady was also great. We had a good conversation while I was making a tea and coffee in the lobby. We have early flights so we haven been able to take advantage of the free breakfast. We will stay there again before our next flight."
