"The hotel is clean and welcoming, and the staff is delightful. Check in was quick but not rushed and the welcome gift was a nice surprise. (A beach bag and two refillable water bottles). We had a partial ocean view, and it was fantastic. We sat on the balcony and watched the whales breach and play. The beds were very comfortable, and included a plethora of pillows, much to my delight. My only complaints are that the grounds are never quiet, because of the open air restaurant in the middle of the buildings, and the balcony chairs could have been more comfortable."

"Our stay at the Sheraton was amazing! We had a ground floor room with a lanai. The room was clean and spacious, and my kids loved playing around on the large grass area outside. The lazy river pool with a small slide was a hit. You can walk right onto a swim-able beach and rent patio chairs and an umbrella which made beach days perfect! The hotel location is walkable to many great restaurants and Whalers village. Everything we needed was at our fingertips."

"This resort was exactly what we wanted. Amazing ocean views that we could watch sunrises and sunsets from as well as see whales each morning and evening. The concierge Kathleen was very friendly and helpful. She helped us book and amazing snorkeling and whale watching tours. All the staff were helpful, welcoming, and professional.
