Check in took longer than i hoped for but the cleaners and bellboys were friendly a d everything was acceptable, especially for the price. "Fabulous reception staff who provided an excellent service before we arrived - they offered to arrange taxi pick up at the airport which was so helpful. Room was huge with 4 beds for the 2 of us. Breakfast was included and was substantial to set us up for the day. Shower was hit and miss regarding water temperature which was not constant. Bath towels were basic but had seen better days (one had a mark on it). The in-bathroom toiletries: 2 shampoo sachets (hair fall for men) and 2 small soaps....

"The hotel was of a good overall standard and in an ideal location. Beds and bedding good quality. My only criticism was that the pool area, over which most of the rooms look, is very noisy, with both loud music and even louder, amplified entertainment staff. Fortunately there was a nice private area on the beach across the road to escape to, but forget going back to your room for a quiet siesta. Food okay but never hot enough. "I stayed this hotel twice. They should have better review rate. The area is very far from the beach. So It's not for anyone looks for resort holiday. Restaurants, cafes are plenty near by. I'd give them 9. Only one thing was bathroom door. It's very jard to open the shower room doot."

"The overall stay was very good. We reuested to have the room changed as it was not clean and dirty and had a smell to it as its not been cleaned, also gave us twin beds when we requested for a double. The new room was a massive improvement and met our needs."

Great stay

"Great hotel will really friendly staff. Abdul in the restaurant was excellent and went above and beyond to look after us at lunch and dinner. Entertainment on every evening which was great but unfortunately our room was leading right out on to it and was a bit noisy but it was worth it for the lovely room. There was also a nightclub right beside us that was really loud until 2 am every night. Not the hotels fault though "

Excellent all round

"Hotel and facilities were excellent. Rooms spacious. Staff were fantastic, always polite, smiling and on hand to assist. Location of hotel is fantastic. Beautiful sandy beach right on your doorstep, such a nice beach. Already miss it. You can watch the sunset which is amazing. Food was good. I have been to all inclusive resorts with bigger options, so this place could have had more variety. Evening entertainment could be better, in my opinion. A little more thought should go into this. I will definitely be returning. "
