"My only complaint was that the Valet service was closed our entire stay. While they did have an excellent bell service and staff, the parking valet was not available. No other complaints, staff was very helpful and welcoming. The Tein restaurant was wonderful and we really enjoyed the hibachi! "

"We stayed at one of the rooms with views of the Gulf, and it was fantastic. The staff here were friendly and worked above and beyond whenever you had a request. I appreciated all of their efforts. The only thing I could complain about is an issue not just for this hotel but for the overall hotel industry. They don't give the housekeeping staff enough time to clean, so the rooms often are have dust and trash in hidden areas because they only have time to gloss over the obvious spaces. With...

"Very clean great area good communication "

"Nice little place for you and your wife and our little Chihuahua loved the little fenced in area in the back. The cottage was very clean. Inside parking is a little tight if you got a big vehicle but that’s no big deal. We stayed three nights with no issues. Good water, pressure good hot water. We didn’t really cook there. We ate out."

"We stay at Hyatt Place Biloxi at least once a year- at Christmas time our family tradition and it’s always 10/10. The rooms are always clean and the bed is so comfortable. The staff is always so pleasant and they take the best care of us. This hotel has complimentary hot breakfast everyday. They have a bar with happy hour from 5-7(PM of course) and they have a menu where you could order quick bites from them. Did I mention they have a pool/jacuzzi and a fire pit daily?! Amazing all day! Thanks you all for showing us a good time- every time!"
