We were placed in a stinky smoking room with non working TV, a sink that leak water, room keys that didn’t work (the manager finally gave us a master key so we can go in and out). The hotel look liked an abandoned place from a horror movie and the lobby was totally empty for hours at a time. "It has been 15-18 years since I have been to casinos in Tunica. The entire area has gone down since that time. I had a reservation through Expedia at Hollywood Casino and I cancelled it with a loss of money because I found out there was a problem with bed bugs there. I was very disappointed and will never book there again. It's highly unlikely that I will return to Tunica."

"Room was good for the price. Advertises breakfast but instead of putting the food out for breakfast you have to ask them about the breakfast and then go into the pantry yourself to get the things you want. That did not seem very professional to me."
