"We have stayed here multiple times in all seasons but were a bit disappointed this visit. The bathroom floor was not cleaned (dirt from boots there until I cleaned it) and someone’s (not mine) hair was found two days. We had issues with the coffee machine in the room not working and coffee capsules were not replaced. As we are early risers, waiting until breakfast for coffee was a tough start to a day. "Excellent stay. Service was excellent and everyone working there are very nice. The only things that need improvement are: Bathroom floor was like stepping on a Ice Glacier. No or little heat in the bathroom. Whirlpool at Main Hotel jets not powerful enough. Restaurant space on a Monday night was very limited as well as choices to dine. "

"This was my 3rd stay at the Thayers Inn in as many years. The staff is always super friendly and courteous. The hotel is well maintained considering it the age of the building. If you are staying here, you need to be willing to accept that there will be no elevator, rooms may not be state of the art, bathrooms are outdated but that's all part of the charm! "
