I was there for the week and temps were -10 and the room was so cold. We only have portable heater which it still didn’t help. The night front desk person was rude.

The room was freezing cold. There was a free staning radiator heater that did not warm the room. Defenatly is not a safe option for heating as it would burn you if accidentally touched. Also, could feel the springs in the bed. Worst night sleep ever!!

Building smells like Marijuana, but that was the LEAST of the concerns. Toilet seat was filthy, shower looked dirty, and the towels had a clump of hair on them. Heat no longer worked in room and the little baseboard heater said 55 degrees. Beds had dead bugs in the sheets. We didn’t stick around long enough to see if there were live ones too. Awful experience and I’m still waiting to get my money back. Grouchy looking man also walks through the hallways, maybe the owner or manager? Does not look approachable, and we didn’t even check out just left.

We tried checking in and the desk staff didn’t know how to charge a card and wanted to “xerox” my card for the manager to run it the next day!! Went to our room, stunk so bad in the hallway. The flooring was peeling up in the room. Bedding was old, stained and stinky. All 4 pillows were flat and hard. Tried to cancel and the desk clerk wrote it down. We left and got a bill for 2 nights!!

Very friendly and helpful staff. The central heat wasn’t working so they set up a space heater in my room. I was glad I had an electric throw blanket on hand as it was still chilly. The outside of the building is not well lit, but still felt safe. Clean and comfortable bed. Shower got cold a few times. Inexpensive hotel and would stay again.
