"The hotel was super clean. The staff was very friendly. We had an issue with the toilet and we contacted the front desk and they sent someone up to fix it immediately. Plenty of restaurants in the same building. The surrounding area is safe and quiet. Right across the street is a JR train station. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to visit Kyoto."
