"Hotel Staff were amazing. I had a couple of facility issues that arose during my stay. The hotel staff attended to the issues promptly and kept me updated while I was out to let me know when the issues had been fixed. They were very apologetic for any inconvenience caused and I arrived back to my room later that night to a lovely note from the manager and a bottle of bubbles. I can highly recommend the Mantra on Charles in Launceston, Tasmania. Rooms are very clean and staff are friendly. There are also a couple of great cafes just down the road within a short walking distance. "

"For the price the room was adequate we had booked the larger room with e beds but they made a mistake for the first night and had to stay in the single queen room 1 night pretty small. They did comp us that night which was nice of them and then stayed in bigger room which was nice and spacious and happy we got it....we did rebook this hotel for the end of our trip as well. No cooking facilities in the room has a small fridge and they provided a breakfast box with milk cereal and juice for the morning which was a nice perk. We did find a free barbeque at a nearby park (1 minute drive) and cooked up some burgers . It seems these barbeques are quite common around Tasmania."

"Property had everything we needed for a short stay. In the morning I went to reception and my tyre was soft. Ben, in maintenance I assume, noticed it and filled it with air for me. All the staff were do helpful. Thank you. "
