"A good hotel situated between the corniche area and Al Balada historic area. Palestine Street is a few blocks away and has some fast food/ dining / coffee options plus a large grocery store. You can walk down to the water to view the big fountain. The hotel had a friendly and efficient staff particularly in the breakfast room. Breakfast was good. Rooms were quiet. This hotel has the best hotel gym I’ve seen! "

"The hotel is nice, but a little dated. It could use a face-lift, especially in bathrooms, and electrical outlets. However, their SPA is simply amazing. Simple, but practical, and clean. The steam bath is the biggest that I have seen in any hotel. The staff were great. I particularly want to thank Ahmed from the Grill restaurant, and Atef from the concierge desk. Both provided outstanding service, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, and memorable. Our thanks to both,"

"This is a terrific hotel nestled into many others in the area. Generally three to maximum four stars in the area. If you’re driving, it’s in the middle of the city so accessibility is key. The room was very comfortable and large. Housekeeping was quick and timely. "One of the biggest problem for this hotel that they don’t have enough people to serving customer specially in front desk. I toke almost 45 mints to check in and the room was fully booked till 6 pm so I checked in around 7 PM. "

"This hotel is an excellent value. Located in between Old Jeddah and the newer Corniche it is a $5 to $7 Uber ride to either location. Staff is very helpful and breakfast was substantial and quite good. Park Hyatt is just across the street where you can have a Mocktail, watch the sunset over the Red Sea, and have a great view of the tallest water fountain in the world all from the same table. Highly recommend this hotel for the good value it represents."
