Loved the courtyard and the staff was gracious. I picked the place for the courtyard. The room was OK- the floor and bathroom door had warped due to either flooding or humidity and poor choice of materials but the shower and bathroom were nicely done and modern. Still, some Covid holdovers- prepacked breakfast but the coffee was good.

Typical beach motel. Mattress was probably 20yrs old dented in, pink mold in corners and rust on all metal in room. Safe didn’t work so Manager Jason gave us a late check out in departing day. Being in the room with mildew/mold triggered sinus problems and cough but location is really great. Staff is very nice but would not return

We traveled very early and when we got to the hotel( if you want to call it that), the room was aweful. I took a shower and couldn’t finish because the drain was clogged and the water was coming into the bathroom floor. I couldn’t wash my hair or anything not to mention my husband couldn’t take a shower at all. Then when we asked for someone at the front desk to fix it they said it wasn’t their job. No hair dryer in our room, and staff was very inconsiderate and would only do things for us if we tipped them. They didn’t care that we had issues. When we woke up this morning we found blood on our sheets and I wanted to throw up. We asked if they could accommodate us this morning with money off the room and they said they couldn’t do anything because I went through Expedia a third party. It was the most aweful experience with a hotel we’ve ever had.

For the price and location (so close to the beach), I couldn’t ask for more. It was safe and clean. The towels & linen need updating. Breakfast was pre-packed 2pc of bread, an orange, & a small muffin. After rennovations I’m sure this will be a favorite place again.

The hotel room itself is old and could use some maintenance. However it was clean and comfortable. It is a block away from the beach, ocean drive, everything that you’d want to get to. I honestly would stay here again for the price and convenience.

The room was deplorable at best. The roach spray was very strong the phone did not work it had no numbers to work with. We could not stay on that room (245) it also had mice dropping by the water heater. The kitchen chairs were disgusting. We left and went to the Bloue Moon hotel. I want my money back, please.

Bait & switch in the restaurant
Even after knowing how bad their continental breakfast was (pictured except for the 6oz poured Sunny D) we decided to eat at the restaurant considering we were staying there and there was a sign stating there was a 20% discount for hotel guests. Prior to asking for the bill we reminded our server we were guests and she told us the manager had just ended the promotion, at 11:17, on a Tuesday. There was no contrition, explanation, or reason given for the arbitrary decision. Like most poor customer service interactions in Miami: I should've known what to expect.

Given wrong room keys the room which is occupied, when we hit the room which is close to the restaurant they have laud music and no privacy 2 windows of room are clearly virtualizes , ask to change they room so they given an option of the room which ac doesn’t work
