Classic art deco hotel in a great location. Liked getting beach towels and chairs and walking across to spend time on the beach. Lots of great dining nearby. Had a room in the corner overlooking the street and the restaurant/bar, but didn't realize the windows were not completely closed until the day after we listed to the music on a Saturday night until 2:30 am. Ask for a quiet room.

Our stay was above our expectations! I have stayed in South Beach before but this location is really where all the action is. If you are OK with a little noise from the shows at night (until 1-3am max on weekends) this place is great! We were surely OK and appreciated the excellent service and lovely modernized rooms. I would stay there again!

Best property in the area for those on a budget. Yes it's a bit loud from the music at the bar, but not as bad as I'd heard from others (then again I stayed on the fourth floor). Public parking garage is a few minutes walk away ($20/day). The staff was friendly, rooms modern and clean, and the area around the hotel felt safe. Didn't get a chance to visit the pool, but the ocean and beautiful beach is steps away. I would definitely consider staying here again.

The staff was absolutely the most friendly group of people. I had a wonderful time there. The rooms clean. Everything was so convenient. I will definitely stay there again.

This hotel is on ocean drive and is really convenient because you’ll have all restaurants, bars, and beach at walking distance.

Do not go by the pictures. They only took pictures of their penthouses and the pool is their penthouse pool. We chose this place because there was an infinity pool. It literally was a scratched up plexiglass box in between two buildings with no view. Very cold water and it was scummy.

Beautiful property, I love that the restaurant is connected for a late night drink or dinner. Just remember it is close to the street and you may hear music and nightlife. The public restrooms gets unkempt late night. I didn’t get a chance to look at the pool. Staff was friendly and helped with luggage and early check in. Room wasn’t ready but amenities were available!
