"The location of the apartments is perfect - a quick and easy walk to the train/bus station, old town and lake. We only saw one member of staff during our stay but he couldn't have been more helpful, and the apartment itself was a great size and perfect for our family of four (loft room). Highly recommend!"

"Good place to stay, love the reception staff, all super nice and speak different languages. There was some working around the hotel, but they did their best to accommodate our request for a quiet room, even letting us enter the room before check-in time. Apart from one morning without water that the hotel quickly fixed, I couldn't fault anything. "2 Grand parents 3 grand children We took the appartment for 12 !! # brilliant - bike rides ,tennis,walking, Sunset Beach Restaurant a short drive lovely staff even better food at extremely reasonable prices The only problem was the outdoor pool ( open until 30 Sept) was closed And rthe uindoor pool- open all year round was also closed A big disappointment for the kids -a bit less so for me !!"

"The town was very quiet which made this stay one we would have shortened, however a day trip to Annecy made staying here worth it. This property is more like an up-scale dorm room and I’m certain it’s great for a skiing crash pad. "

"This was a really lovely apartment, clean and modern, easy to access. The view of the lake was such a pleasant surprise! Would definitely stay again!"

"When it is 30 degres outside, it'll be 35 degres inside... no AC and poor quality fan. Mold in the bathroom and bathtub in horrible condition. If youre looking for cheap accommodation at a low cost, go for it. The property has a great potential but poorly managed.. and no one can help you friday after 12 and during the weekend. No opportunity to get an extra fan or your bathroom cleaned. 1 star all the way."

"Great apartment for the price. Comfortable & had everything we needed (wouldn’t have liked to actually cook in there as not much space) Good location close to slopes. "

"The staff were helpful and the facilities were good at the property, ski in ski out, raclette to hire also thank you so much to the ladies and Charles at the other Azureva (Les confin) for sorting out our ski hire and making renting very smooth for us, great attention to detail. Great trendy hotel with amazing staff.

"A few days away for my husbands birthday surprise. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a better room with a partial lake view and a bath. The only slight issue was the bath side was extremely high, fine for us, but for anyone with mobility issues it would have been a problem stepping in and out of the bath. The room was very comfortable & trendy. The staff were polite & efficient. When we had a slight issue with our room not being cleaned one day, we were immediately offered a drink in the bar while it was being cleaned. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel as it was far too expensive for what was on offer. We did enjoy the Valentines dinner - the food was amazing, the service great. Shame there weren't more guests in there for the atmosphere. All in all a good hotel that we've already recommended. "
