"Great refurbished hotel a couple blocks away from el Malecón. Wonderful staff, clean and comfortable. The only issue was the street noise from the large cargo trucks that driver through town all night to get to the Port. Next time, we’ll try to book a room away from the street."

"The location is ideal for access to the beach. The rooms are just ok. There were two beds in our room and the single bed was old, uncomfortable and miss-shapen. The staff was nice! It would be nice if they offered coffee in a dispenser at a common location for guests. "

"Very enjoyable stay, room was very clean. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. We had a very convenient room on the first floor. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Some spoke English, so this helps a lot. The only minor problem was slow speed internet for the TV. This was our second year to stay at this location. "Not a fancy hotel but the room was immaculate and well equipped. Cannot beat the location. Right on the male on. Most rooms (ones with balconies) have an ocean view. Courteous and efficient staff. Will definitely recommend and return next time I visit Progreso."

"A solid choice for “budget” accommodation in Progreso. Everything is expensive in Progreso. Decent location, quiet at night. Rooms are clean, plain, comfy beds, tv if you want it. New efficient aircon & a ceiling fan. One of the best wifi services we’ve had anywhere. Nice, small pool although we didn’t use it, no loungers. Daily housekeeping. "Beautiful tropical paradise, beach is white sand with turquoise water. Remote, hidden hotel, with a small restaurant, and it is surrounded by palm trees. You definitely need a car to get there because it is about 1hr 15 mins from Merida. Hotel is clean and staff very friendly. "
