We know this hotel well and they know us.Wonderful situation next to the main north-south motorway in Hervas.The staff are fantastic and will do anything to help their guests. "Said they had a swimming pool never mentioned it was closed ! Staff so rude. Breakfast was awful. Cleaners walked in to our room about 10am. It was just an awful experience. DO NOT BOOK HERE. "

"This was our second time staying at this hotel. Once on the way down from France to Portugal and once on the way back.. It is a large, well appointed hotel. The staff are friendly and efficient. The room was clean and well appointed with a little balcony to look out over the car park, the road and the retail units beyond. Good double glazing as the room was very quiet.
