"We liked the location; view from the room and the overall room but, the bedroom had three beds; one bed was placed in the walk-in closet, so it was a little strange and there was no place to hang our clothes. Also, there was not enough to towel hanger type of fixtures so, we wish there were more towel hangers in kitchen area as well as in the bathroom/washer room. Other than that, we liked the place. "

"Located in a residential district with narrow streets and no sidewalks. The parking is two short blocks away at a commercial lot without in/out privileges. Costco Hiroshima is in walking distance. Overall, we liked the nontouristy experience. The air conditioning worked very well. The beds were comfortable. "

"Nice place to stay in a quiet neighborhood. Had all amenities our family of 6 needed. A little tight for 6 adults, but would work for 4 adults and 2 children well. Nice to have a Seicomart on the bottom of the building. Walkable to Tozai Subway Line which will get you most anywhere you need to get to in Sapporo."

"I love the convenience of having Lawson’s, a laundromat, Spa, quiet areas and pool at rooftop. What needs to be improved is the elevator service and the centralized heating which makes some rooms very warm and uncomfortable and unhealthy for more than one person to share. These rooms should be allowed some fresh air by allowing windows to be opened even a tiny bit."

"This place is clean and tidy but not in the middle of city area so you need to walk and get the train to get the city area. I came from Niseco ski resort… bus didn’t drop us at hotel.. bus stop at hotel which they already organised spot. This is very important because travellers carry heavy bag. Otherwise you need to carry all the bags to the your hotel. "
