Water drains toward the door and runs out into the bathroom. There is no place to put soap or shampoo in the shower. "

"Apartment terrible. Shower wasn't cleaned properly for ages. Bathroom door had water damage. Tv rather than stay in the bedroom it was in the tiny kitchen. We can barely move in there No wifi service on the room just public areas. Our on internet didn't work there. Our kid couldn't lay down to watch tv in bed because the tv is in the kitchen wall. Principal door handle doesn't work properly. Spider web around the apartment. Damaged walls ... We took pictures to share. Air-conditioner not...

"We so enjoyed our stay at Grand Hotel Rovinj. It’s a very special hotel and really such a pleasure to be there. The hotel is next to a lovely pine filled park where you can cycle and swim from Rocky beaches. The facilities of the hotel are very luxurious from hot towels in the gym, the golf cart that took us to the tennis centre, and Hannah the hawk who sees off the seagulls from the infinity pool! "The staff at Heritage Angelo was excellent. Very nice and accommodating. The cart to take us from the parking lot to the hotel was on time with a very friendly helpful driver. Breakfast was nice with a very kind friendly young lady helping us get what we need and keeping things stocked well. Great room with nice view. "

"We enjoyed our 3 nt stay at this complex . The beach our front was perfect for a swim & close to a couple of nice restaurants incl the hotels own which had a delicious & large Bkfst buffet.. Room was clean with a pool / ocean view was perfect !! Front desk staff were friendly & helpful with recs for the srea . "

"Breakfast was amazing (except for the fruit flies) Facilities were exceptional. Service was spectacular. Rooms were spacious & quiet. Bathrooms were the best I have ever stayed at. Walk to Old Town was pleasant. Would return."

Grand Park Hotel Rovinj by Maistra Collection

"We so enjoyed our stay at Grand Hotel Rovinj. It’s a very special hotel and really such a pleasure to be there. The hotel is next to a lovely pine filled park where you can cycle and swim from Rocky beaches. The facilities of the hotel are very luxurious from hot towels in the gym, the golf cart that took us to the tennis centre, and Hannah the hawk who sees off the seagulls from the infinity pool! Gym, tennis centre, spa and pools are all fantastic and well equipped. The rooms are very quiet and restful. We wanted to spend more time that we did just hanging out on the balcony. The food is generally good and Katrina’s the sandwich bar is a great place for a pitstop. The service is unparalleled. We were looked after so well by all the staff (and kept receiving lovely gifts throughout our stay). And the view! You can’t beat it. We will be back! "
