"We had a standard 2 bedroom apartment and stayed half board from Oct 25th - Nov 3rd 2024. The staff at Pergola are fanatastic. There was one particlar woman, who i think was managing the dinining staff, who was amazing and even brought treats for my 11 year old daughter who suffers a severe milk allergy. We also used the hydro bath massage in the spa, which was complimentary! This was also lovely! We had a lovely stay at Pergola. We did have to flag that we needed toilet roll on a few days and...

They didn’t change the sheets the week we were there even when I left a note asking to after 5 days. Spa was ok, facilities quite limited but great massage. Overall would recommend. "

"The staff was transparent about closing the resort for the next 2 to 3 years for rebuild. The facilities look extremely dated and are in a state of dilapidation. Our first room had a toilet seat that had rusted off at the hinges and mold in the shower. The second room which we were told was the only other room in the whole resort had an ant problem that we traced to a sticky substance on part of the floor along with some mold and rust in the bathroom (not to the extent of the first room). "A great base, especially for Gozo and Comino, plenty of well thought out swimming pools. Room views good. Food plentiful and good quality. Minor niggles: the games room lacking maintenance, and needs coins which no one provide. I was unable to find the gym."
