"They recently renovated this historic hotel with very updated accommodations. Our room was very nice with a view of the Alamo. We enjoyed the nightly live music at the tavern located near the lobby. Only complaint is that the morning breakfast is now being served at the Menger Hotel that is across the street. Valet parking is easy with in and out accessibility. There is a lot of construction around the area, as they are reconstructing the Alamo surrounding buildings. This is a beautiful hotel and we will definitely stay here again! "

"Beautiful and clean hotel. The vallets are always incredible polite and fast. The rooms are very spacious, and the balconies are so clean and relaxing. The only thing we did not love was the temperature of the room and the inability to lower it. The thermostat does not allow you to lower the temperature and there is no fan in the restroom."
