"This newly renovated property has the potential to be very nice, but is let down by employees who just don't care to provide great customer service. I requested a room on the top floor during booking, but the guy who checked me in didn't care and gave me a lower room. As feared, the person in the room above mine decided to exercise in their room, jumping up and down to loud music while I tried to sleep. The hotel was not full, and I'm sure there was a room on the top floor if the reception...
