"Arrivés a 19h alors que la chambre était payée, on nous a informé que l'hotel était complet. On nous a proposé une nuit dans leur autre hotel, que nous connaissions, tres éloigné de l'aeroport et a nous de payer la différence..., ce que nous avons refusé, l'hotel etant plus cher que la chambre réservé.
