"Not central but easy to get into Central KL. A budget hotel, no frills but room although very small was clean. If all you want is somewhere to sleep it served its purpose. No kettle, tea or coffee making facilities in the room and no where local to hotel to eat. "

"Disclaimer: I booked the standard Den room, which is a 15-metre square room with a bed with 2 bedside tables, and 1 coffee table in the room. There is basically nothing else in the room. It is good for sleeping, but there is no desk or even a single chair. I do not feel welcome in the room as there isn't any toiletries (every single item is upon request and you basically have to spell out each item, or they will only send what is asked for) and no slippers provided (not even upon request). "Room is very spacious, staff are very welcoming and attentive, loving the birthday deco and the helium balloons provided, the hand written wishes on the glass table was so sweet & thoughtful. Water pressure on hand bidet and sink faucet was really strong but shower head water pressure is not strong, please fix it. Room is clean, but smells a little musty could be from damp carpet or something. Aircond was working fine but the temperature control was locked and we couldnt adjust the temperature...

Ritz Carlton, really?!

"Not a good representation of the Ritz Carlton brand. Suite room no. 1000's bedroom is accompanied by the incessant noise of exhaust/AC unit outdoor. Towels in the bathroom are old and thin. The vanity mirror in the bathroom is half fallen. Bathrobe is missing a belt loop and old. Both requests for a room on a higher floor and support pillows were not met. Turndown service was not done on the third evening. Very, very little TV channels. Food and beverage offered at the executive club lounge were limited and nothing extraordinary. Parking fee (for executive club suite) was RM15 for 4 hours! Not a single cent discount?!"

One night stay during weekend - 7/10

"Check in started at 2pm, the front desk seem a bit stressed, our room was only ready at almost 4pm. It’s an old building with a not so “driver friendly” parking lots. The 2 bedroom suites was spacious , the kitchen has all the things you need for cooking. At night the streets here can be heavy traffic, so plan your activities. Overall I think I would give a 7/10. If you are couple looking to get romantic honeymoon feel then you will get disappointed. "
