"I really like this hotel. However, there was a power outage, and no one explained what was going on, why there was no power, when it would be fixed, or protocol for such an instance as that. That should be looked into and corrected. It was very cold out and snowing, and we were told nothing about what we should do. "

Nice place to stay for a great price!

"The room was beautiful and clean. The staff was able to get me in three hours early for check-in so I could freshen up before an event and I really appreciated that. This was my first contactless experience so it was a little confusing. I booked through Hotels.com and nobody made me aware that I needed to check out via email. I just left like I would a regular hotel room. However, I wasn’t charged extra so I guess that turned out okay. "
