"We reserved a room with 2 queen beds and a hide-a-bed. The two queens were fine and comfortable. The hide-a-bed however was quite old, lumpy, and tilted. My 5 year old son slept there and complained of it being uncomfortable, which is saying something as he can sleep just about anywhere."

"The hotel was very nice and conveniently located. We stayed 2 nights. We had no maid service. I don't expect to have my bed made, but when I stay at a hotel I like clean towels every day and expect that supplies ie. coffee pods be resupplied. We paid $12/night for a parking space. "The hotel has no reponsibility for any damage..." So what is the $12 for?"
