"Beds and pillows are at its ends. Need to replace a while back. I got a room with two beds neither are good. They have the bed with the very very noticeable place where people sleep sunken. the mattress has been worn down. I haven't been able to sleep. :( "

"Very disappointing, the pictures on website did not match actual hotel. Our family booked 3 king rooms and 1 double room for 2 nights. We ended up with 4 double rooms. One of the pools was green full of algae and not usable. One room the tv did not work and shower was broken. Front desk sent maintenance man to fix the shower issues. However, maintenance did not fix the issue so family members in that room took showers in our room. Another room lacked toiletries essentials no toilet tissue and no...
