"Really good hotel for a trip to Biarritz. The area around is very quiet. Hotel was clean and the staff was really kind. It is a bit further away from town, around 15 minutes walking downhill, however the area around is beautiful. "

"I was in Biarritz for just one night and this was an awesome place to stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect for what I needed, a comfortable bed, very clean, and amazing location. I easily walked to town and to all the beaches from this location. I would definitely stay here again! "From the moment I arrived – early – I felt welcome. I was able to sit down comfortably, order a cappuccino and relax while my room was prepared. I enjoyed a conversation with (Florian) a friendly staff member who excelled at connecting through conversation. From check-in through my very last day, everything was perfect. Staff were relaxed but also on their toes, so to speak. I will return to this particular hotel in Biarritz."

"This lovely hotel in a charming building exceeded our expectations. Lots of charm and well appointed. Sylvie, the manager was welcoming and helpful in finding parking and offering recommendations around town. Great location near the market, beaches, and top tier shopping - while being set back a few streets so very quiet as well. Will stay here again! "

"Great location near the beach. Easily walkable to the lighthouse, shopping, bars and restaurants and cute neighborhoods. The staff was very helpful and the spa was a nice amenity. We loved the bathrobes and extra deep soaking tub!"
