I enjoyed a conversation with (Florian) a friendly staff member who excelled at connecting through conversation. From check-in through my very last day, everything was perfect. "I was in Biarritz for just one night and this was an awesome place to stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect for what I needed, a comfortable bed, very clean, and amazing location. I easily walked to town and to all the beaches from this location. I would definitely stay here again!
