"The place was beautiful, so much greenery and such a spacious, lush area. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Dennis was amazing and made efforts to help us with what we needed! Breakfast at the cafe was great at the Evergreen. The food at One Fishing Place Floating restaurant was decent, but wasn’t too appetizing. However, I would say the staff made the stay memorable. Will definitely come back!"

"The hotel is clean and our stay was convenient. The view from our room was breathtaking! Their breakfast buffet was excellent. Front desk would have done a better job by explaining about the amenities. We didnt know that breakfast was included. They also didnt know that the spa was closed during our stay which is unfortunate because my wife and sister wanted to pamper themselves that day. "We loved our stay at this boutique hotel. First, we were given an upgrade to a deluxe room which we really appreciated because at the time I booked it, the superior room was the only room almost equivalent to my free room voucher but lower than the value. "Toilet not flushing , sink detached from the wall and floor, leaking from below. Staff was informed but someone came just to mop the floor. That room needs serious work. 217 , we had a reservation for two days but we left after 24 hours. "

"I filtered the selection to rooms with bath tubs. I even put it in the remarks section before check in. I only found out that there's no bath tub upon entering the room. The room also reeked of bleach. Bath shampoo at gel containers won't dispense properly. Shower will only work if full pressure. "

"First of all, out of a whole room you only get a tiny window and you still have bars like prison stops the circulation of air feeling suffocated. Second of all, no WiFi for 5 days after promising day after day for WiFi. 1000 peso fine for any stain on bed sheets and for any alcohol so no drinking allowed in room. Fine for washing, drying and ironing in your room as it's not allowed. No balconies to sit and and relax and false advertising of gym when it's locked away with sofas and literally...

Halfway House Getaway for family of 4

"Quick stay and halfway house for a wedding event. We booked Quest Hotel Tagaytay because of its convenient location next to malls and 2 major routes to Tagaytay and back to Manila. We got in at 10am but the one man front desk was able to quickly facilitate our check-in. They also took and acted on my request for 1 bedroom to have 2 single beds for our grown-up children. Service is great with the hotel despite some amenities getting a bit old and tired such as the towels. Breakfast operated by Baker J’s is so-so. Don’t get fooled by the special beef tapa. Hotel needs to put-up blackout curtains which cover the fill windows instead of roller shades which has gaps that lets the the sunrise come-in and wake you up at 6:00am. Choose the mall facing rooms so you won’t hear the roosters in the small barrio across the Serin Rd. Overall, great experience with staff and happy without stay!"
