The. Staff is friendly and kind. There are no amenities besides the WI-FI. No small fridge. The breakfast is bear minimal,not like what you see on the pics. No closets, just 4 hangers.

Séjour de 4j/3n. Chambre très petite en effet ! Mais il y a le nécessaire. Chambre dans l'ensemble propre mais quand on regarde de plus prés, toile d'araignée, moisissures sur les joints de douche, tâches sur le plafond et les murs... Le pire, des poils sur la lavabo, douche et sanitaire. De plus, nous avons décaler un lit, un amas de poussière se trouvait en dessous. Heureusement que l'on a prit le nécessaire pour nettoyer. On a demander a ce que l'employé de service ne fasse pas la chambre (sur la porte la pancarte " ne pas déranger ") malgré cela, la chambre a été faite. A notre retour, nos effets personnels étaient déplacés. Il manquait un tapis de bain et le savon. La réceptionniste, très professionnelle et gentille, nous a tout de suite donné le nécessaire. Il y a pas mal de monde qui " squatte" devant l'hôtel, nous avions une chambre juste à côté et pourtant nous n'avons absolument rien entendu. Très bien isolé. Hôtel qui fait quand même sale de l'extérieur, poubelles entassés, gamelles moisies pour les chats, poubelles débordantes. Pour l'arrivée, c'est très mal expliqué. Il faudrait mettre un panneau sur le comptoir de réception avec les horaires d'ouverture (là sur un mur, on n'y prête pas forcément attention) et surtout expliquer comment faire le check-in quand la réception est fermée. Et préciser que le code est valable pour toutes ouvertures de portes. On a attendu 25 min , employé de service completement perdu qui n'a pas su nous guider.

Literie correct par contre cuvette de toilette cassée, clim eteinte à notre arrivé donc une chaleur dans la chambre pas possible. Nous avons passé deux nuit et le service de chambre n'est pas venu changer les serviettes. A eviter... Je n'y reviendrai jamais !!!!

Séjour d une nuité. Très bien accueilli mais l état des chambres est à revoir . Clientèle livré à eux même. Discussion téléphonique à des heures très tardive dans les parties communes à haute voix. Chambre très petite. On ce sent comprimé une fois à l intérieur. Hôtel très mal situé dans une zone industrielle et loin de toutes commodité. Si vous êtes pas bon marcheur ou véhiculé , vaut mieux éviter surtout si vous arrivez en début de soirée. 45 mn de marche avec des bagages pour arriver de Martigues Pôle échange . Plus de bus à partir de 20h00 et idem pour partir. Longue marche pour pouvoir accéder à la gare des bus . Personnellement ce seras bien la première fois et la dernière.
