"This was only a one night stay before a cruise departing from Marseille. On arrival I was told nothing was booked and I was showing the receptionist/owner the confirmation from hotels.com. I had to ring Hotels.com that were EXCELLENT and contacted the hotel straight away and sorted this. This man was rude and not helpful treating me as an idiot who has never been on a hotel before. I've been on loads. I won't stay on this hotel again. The rooms were ok but the insulation was not good. You could...

"Great Mercure hotel, room was large enough for our 3 night stay. Staff super friendly and helpful. You can walk to all the restaurants at the port and Galleries Layfette and shopping centre attached to hotel. Would definitely stay there again. "

"Close to beach. No grocery stores close by for quick snacks or food. Limited dining. Had to use e-bikes and scooters to get any amenities or restaurants. No hair blowers in room, nobody made the beds just took out your garbage. Outside is run down. Good about giving help in English. Safe property. "
