"This riad has very friendly staff and great location in middle of the Medina . All nice Resturante close by and also very close to the beach . I booked two rooms and one of the room has bedbugs which I couldn't sleep all night . In the second night I moved to my Firend room . They servers very nice breakfast"

"The property is very well maintained. The hotel has a nice swimming pool and well maintained gardens too. I shall add that the staff are very nice, obliging and the property is clean. The one and only downside is that on the same street there is an open rubbish dump. This is not hygienic and one could smell the rubbish from the pavement too. Other than that the hotel is a great place to stay in. I hope to return there one day!"

"This is a lovely, clean hotel with very friendly and accommodating staff. The pool was often quiet with only ourselves there. It is smaller than the images suggest and only has 1 step which is steep making it difficult to get out. The sunloungers are close to the ground but comfy enough. The hotel provides pool towels. "we have good family time here with water parks although not all slides were open at a time. The buffets have variety of foods and deserts. The hotel was generous to let us enjoy the lunches both check-in and check-out dates, early check-in around 2pm for free. We only had one issue that both door cards were valid most of the time we used to enter our room. We needed to visit the reception to activate the cards twice, or asked a staff named Ghida to open the door for us other times. Thanks Ghida for her help! We recommend this place for family short break!"
