They kept checking with us to see if we needed more coffee or tea. The concierge staff were very helpful. Reception staff were amazing and ensure the smooth check-in and check-out process. Room are very clean, bed was very conformation, the air-conditioner regulates the temperature very well. I love the fact that we didn't have to slot in the room card to turn on the electricity for the room so that we could leave the heat on so the room temperature would stay constant when we were outside. The bathroom is beautiful and functional. I love the body lotion - very moisturizing and smell good"
