"Besides it is hard to find the reception, everything is great. Service is excellent. The room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. I like there is a jacuzzi inside the room. I picked this hotel because it locates very close to the outlet. If you are not driving, it may not be the ideal location for you. "

"因為我哋提早咗一日出發，臨時喺上飛機前先search酒店，見到呢個品牌同評價都唔錯，而且價額相宜，見到只剩最後一間房就即時訂嚟試吓住三晚！去到check-in時先發現原來係smoking room（但我哋係非吸煙者），但因為已經full咗無計，唯有照住！好彩一入房間都唔太覺有煙味（本人對煙味係好敏感），只係第二晚一入房最真係聞到少少煙味（可能係隔離房），但第三晚又完全無曬啲味！除咗呢方面之外，呢間酒店真係幾值得再次入住，房間唔係大但亦夠空間走動，而酒店後面就係櫛田神社，距離地下鐵站只係幾公鐘路程，如果係早出晚歸嘅就真係住得過！"

"Excellent communication instructions ahead of arrival and we are fully aware of what to expect with the unmanned hotel check in. The place is unclean - the elevator is fully of dust on the wall and you can smell the old dusty smell. The cleaner ladies obviously sees it everyday and choose to ignore it as it’s the exact same for the 4 nights we stayed. "I checked out of another hotel that I was staying at for 1 night and checkout was at 11am so I was a little stranded but luckily they allowed me to pay to checkin early at this one. Love love love this hotel

"Love love love Tokyo stay and this one doesn’t disappoint. People complain about it being a short walk from the train station but seriously it’s still close. Just past a park and lots of combini near by. The rooms is so comfortable. You can get out of bed on either side. Of course the laundry machine is the highlight. They provide detergent and all instructions. They offer bag storage and overall it’s very easy and comfortable to stay there. I’d highly recommend it over something like an APA. Great fridge and microwave in the room also helpful. "
