"Terrible property. They charged me at the hotel but refused to respond to Expedia. I asked for water, and I saw them filling the bottles with tap water using an old, dirty container. "We just came back from a 4 day stay at Seven Seasons at the end of May 2024. El Alamein is an hour away from Alexandria, which wasn’t something we hadn’t fully realised until we got there. Also, it was not peak season so many things were not fully operating, like the Aqua Park. The apartment we stayed in was far away from the nearest pool so we needed to be driven there. I reserved 3 nights from 30 July to 2nd of August, drove for 3 hours to find the reservation, made by mistake from the management site (expedia their local representative) from July 31st to 3rd of August.
