"View from the terrace has a beautiful mountain view and is great for watching the hustle and bustle of the street below. Easy walk to the train station, lots of stores and restaurants close by. Easy downhill walk to the Archaeology museum. Staff were easy to get a hold of, and the suite itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Highly recommend if you are staying in Naples. "

"The shower leaked and was dirty. Operators said they would send a cleaner - they did not do so. Shower drain was blocked. A repair man poured drain-cleaner down it . The bidet leaked onto the floor. The entire bathroom smelled permanently of stale urine. I purchased cleaning fluid, but this did not get rid of the smell. The toilet seat was not fixed to the toilet. "First of all, your reqest for feedback sould be sent in the guest's language! That would show a connetion rather than making the guest feel simply like a reporter. I had two concerns. The room was very cold and I do not feel that guests should be asked to carry their garbage downstairs!!! I have never been told to do that at any other place Ihave stayed. "We had an amazing stay at Piccole Donne. Titti has the unit beautifully decorated and well stocked. She is exceedingly nice and very responsive to text if we had any questions. She even had a map of good restaurants and places to visit readily available. We would love to come back. The only thing to be aware of is the unit is on the 4th floor and there are no elevators, so this unit would not suit anyone with mobility concerns. "

"This is a great hotel. The location couldn’t be better-it’s literally 1 minute away from the metro station and the train station. Although it is on a crowded block, the window isolation is super - we didn’t hear any street noise. Shower stream and WiFi signal are both very strong. Quite a few good restaurants are in the same neighborhood of the hotel. Staffs are nice and friendly. "

"A heritage property this was a great choice. The staff the sea the sight were awesome. Everyone starting from front desk to restaurants were filled with passionate people. Though the rooms were small, the Balcony overlooking the Bay made up for a great time to bask in the evening sun and watch a great down. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Una Hotel Napoli. The hotel is directly across the street from Garibaldi Plaza and the main train station, which is very convenient. While the immediate area can be busy you're just a quick walk from the historical center. Pizzeria Da Michele is only six or seven minutes away. The front desk was helpful and friendly, and the roof bar is beautiful with great drinks. The breakfast is truly impressive. Overall a really nice place to stay. It isn't ultra luxe and it isn't charming and quaint, but it is clean, spacious and comfortable with good service and a great breakfast. "

"Historic hotel over looking the ocean and mountains views. Breathtaking rooftop for daily breakfast it’s a life if you get a chance to indulge. Super friendly attentive staff throughout the stay from concierge, front desk to rooftop. Shoutout to our concierge! He was super delightful person. Good position as for hotel assets to have him. He made the trip to Naples easier for us. Both him and Mr Marco stays in communicating with us overseas. Arranging driver to pick us up at the airport. Being flexible with our flight changes. The all seemed to be well trained to smile every time they speak to us. It so lovely feeling. I love it. The breakfast is outstanding. "
