"The hotel was good and the location was excellent, a few minutes away from the tower. I arrived at 1plus pm, however it was closed and had to wait till 3pm to be checked in. The checked in was smooth and the staff was great. It would be great if the reception is open from 1pm to 3pm. The room was big and great, however O only have one complaint, the tv was ridiculously small to my liking. Overall my stay was excellent!"

"Unfortunately it did not live up to our expectations. First of all the pool was closed and there were no sunbeds available. The beach was also closed so it was difficult to sunbath, which my wife likes to do other than sitting on a chair. When we complained about this we were told that the season closes on the 15th of September, We were no aware of this, if we were we would not have booked it. "Overall is a nice stay with few points that are lacking that affects the comfort of staying there. 1. Heating is turned off around 11pm thus you will feel cold if you are not asleep by then. 2. Hotwater not consistent, the water might turn cold for a moment when you are showering. 3. The best of Pisa.

"We were so impressed by this hotel. I was a complete pain about getting the right room so that our 3 year old would get a good nights sleep and they treated me with such grace and good humour. The rooms were very nice, we had 2 as we were travelling with family too. The breakfast was good, wake up calls were made and cabs ordered. Great advice about the area was given. They were so helpful with even supplying spare batteries for a family members medical equipment. Such a friendly hotel and it is minutes from the tower which is great if you are travelling with small children. We would not hesitate to stay there again. "
