Nice authentic little hotel with 11 rooms but 2 of the rooms has A/C and windows . Staff was so friendly I want to thank Zubeyde and all staff making our visit memorable .

Great short stay in Mardin
The hotel impressed us with its fantastic location and the view from the terrace. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the Mesopotamian plains at dawn. The magical atmosphere is only complemented by the muezzin call to morning prayer. During the excellent breakfast, we were completely charmed by the staff who prepared and served the breakfast. It was precise because of them that Mardin was particularly memorable. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND! Thanks again to all!

Nice hotel, great staff
It is very nice hotel in the old town of Mardin. Rooms are small and basic but very beautiful in the old style stone building. It has a nice view from the common space balcony. Breakfast was also nice. The best is staff! Very friendly, hospitable and always ready to help.

Great place with mesmerizing views from the terraces. The room is cozy. Although the windows looked out, it is a very cheap room and you can spend time, relax or work on the terrace and enjoy the view. The staff is very hospitable, we solved all issues. My plans changed and I had to leave earlier - I was charged only for the nights when I stayed, I am grateful for your understanding.

I checked in and everything was fine. At 9:30pm I went to get in the shower and there was no hot water. The staff on hand claimed they didn’t work there, when I threatened to leave they started to look busy and kept saying “5 minutes”. The hot water never came on and the staff were busy watching TV. This was an extremely disappointing scenario and very stressful for me after a day of travel and the cold temperatures! Otherwise, the room was beautiful and great value. Just a shame the hot water didn't work...could be that during covid things are all shut up.

Wasn't very clean, had to see multiple rooms before finding a decent one. Tables were not clean. It needs to be kept up better. Air Conditioner did not work properly. But it has a beautiful view.

The trip was great. The hotel is very good overall, with helpful staff, but certain items in the room were dusty, though the bathroom was very clean and the bed comfortable. It's a quirky hotel in the local building style.

First night they put me in a single room. The window was broken so couldnt close it, the blankets were dirty so i couldnt put it on there was a/c but had allergy so couldnt turn it on. The second evening they moved me to a room where there is no window but overall better at least it had double bed and no noise. Breakfast was ok, location was ok.they should put all the rooms they are selling on the site so that people know what they are paying for otherwise its a bit of a disappointment...
