"We spent two nights at Casa Hemingway. On arrival, our prearranged and honestly quite expensive transportation was not at the airport. I called the hotel and after waiting for the desk clerk to research, she informed me that our ride would be there is 30 minutes. 40 minutes later our ride arrived. "I went on a quick trip and the hotel and service were spectacular. The rooms were clean, the pool area was peaceful and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate me.
