"Poorly managed property to maximize their profit. It ruined part of our vacation. Here's why: 1. We found lizard droppings on worn-looking comforter and pillow. Unsure how long the room was unused, and no one refreshed it before given to us. 2. Towels felt like old rag, yellow. No hand towels. "We absolutely loved this hotel! It was like paradise! The staff were super friendly and super helpful. The pool and the beach and the restaurant were all amazing. The rooms were great. We had booked a room up the hill and were offered an upgrade when we got there for a reasonable fee and we were so glad we made the change. We will definitely be back to this wonderful hotel!"
