The staff were professional and kind and when we found bedbugs they switched our room and let us have our money back- But whoever owns this building needs to put some work into improving the conditions.

The room was quiet and clean and the staff friendly and responsive. However, the first-floor hallway was dark and dingy, the A/C couldn't be turned on because the knob was missing/broken, and the outlet next to the bed wouldn't hold the plug-in for my charger, which simply fell out, so I had to plug in my phone in the bathroom.

We stayed on a Saturday night and paid $120 for a room in this run-down hotel. Staff was pleasant, and room clean, but sheets and blankets worn and old stains on them. A construction worker hotel. Disappointed for price.
