"The hotel staff are on strike. I was not impressed, not informed and very disappointed with the lack of communication from the staff and expedia regarding this check in. However the security guard on duty was very helpful and very easy to talk with so i would like to say a big thanks to him. As a union person myself to cross a picket line is not a good feeling because i can't relax knowing someone could potentially damage my vehicle or give my aunt, mother and myself who are all traveling...
