"One thing I like about this hotel is that it is convenient to the theatres and Times Square. The hotel is safe but is in need of updating. The rooms are dated and the hallways need some TLC. The floor where my room was located, was just dingy. When I arrived at my room on the first night, there was a glass of half drank water sitting on the bathroom counter. Housekeeping does a good job of checking to see if fresh towels are needed or trash needs to be removed. Again, I only like this...

"Excellent hotel. Solid staff. Great convenient and safe location. A really good value in NYC. Rooms are very comfortable, bright and happy. I have stayed there a few times for several days and it was consistently good over the past few years. Keep up the good work!"
