"Great location, great staff, amazing area to explore around it."

"Great location to Broadway and surrounding great staff. Horrible bathroom with rust !! Tried to change room when arrived but it was always crowded customer service. When I did check out told customer service that had a room with bathtub with rust coming out. Told her was very uncomfortable and unpleasant to take a bath. She said you should tell us and we change you room. The point here I should not neither any other guest pay for a room that bathtub was rusted and this was against our health....

"My parents stayed here to be able to attend a concert at radio City. They said that everything was lovely and that the hotel reps couldn’t have been kinder providing extra pillows and treating them so well. They are both over 80-years-old so it’s nice to find client service people who treat all ages well "
