"This property is very beautiful, the pool is really nice and the villas are excellent and the view will take your breath away. The walk to town is 25 minutes and the hill is tough to walk if you are not in good shape. The owner lives on site, he is a friendly man but there is no reception and check in information was sent to me the day I arrived and had no internet connection. "A completely run down place. When entering the room there was mouse poop on the beds and the shelves. Taking a shower was impossible because there wasn’t enough water available. Place is not safe. Long dark walkways without any illumination in the property to get to your cabin. At night lots of traffic noise and parties in the neighborhood. Not recommendable"

"Beautifully appointed rooms with private plunge pool and view of ocean. Staff very courteous. Breakfasts included in rate were excellent. We ate dinner at the hotel most nights for convenience and because the food and service was good. The main drawback of this hotel is that it is too far away from Santa Teresa and the main beaches to walk so you need to book taxis ( $20 each way), rent an ATV or rent a car. "
