"Great central location, couple of minutes walk from nearest tram/metro stop. Central rail station only 5 - 10 minutes away on foot. The apartment was very spacious and really well equipped. Great communications from the team ahead of arrival, making access a breeze. I even got notified that my apartment was ready ahead of time which was welcome. Overall, everything about my stay was very positive on top of which the city is beautiful."

"The worst customer service ever. This is a bait and switch place. The checkin- they never sent me the email to check in. Had to go through hotels to get them to set it. Then lugged up the luggage to find out that the code didn’t work. Hit up hotels again to find out that they have the wrong address. Finally went to the next place. Up another three flights. "Very nice, spacious and cozy studio. 20 mins walking to the city centre but less than 5 mins to the wonderful central station. Lots of restaurants nearby. Nice garage to park the car across the street (15 euros a day). Very friendly staff, the lady was really flexible (thank you so much :) The only con was the shower drain which seemed to be blocked but overall it was excellent cost-benefit. "
